How do I get to The Pickle Grounds?

We are located on the 2nd floor of One World Hotel

Access from the hotel carpark
- there is a desginated lift with our branding that goes straight to the 2nd floor

- please take the hotel lift to the 2nd floor. Look for our signage next to the SPA, walk through the corridor where the clinic will be on the right. Take the exit at the end of the corridor and take the staircase up to the facility

How do I book a court at The Pickle Grounds?

Please download the app PlaybyPoint on the Google play or apple store.
Click add facility and look for The Pickle Grounds.
Click on the BOOK NOW button and select your preferred time and court.

Question 3

What is the difference between Training Court 12 and other courts?

Accepted Answer

Our Training Court features a slightly shorter length, with 4.5 feet from the baseline compared to the standard 8 feet on our other courts. While we do not recommend this court for competitive matches, it is ideal for casual play, practice drills, and coaching sessions run by our academy staff.

To reflect its specialized use, the Training Court is available at a lower rate than our other covered courts, offering a great option for those focused on skill development and recreational play.

Where do I Park and what are the parking rates?

The best place to park is at One World Hotel's Carpark. Look out for the designated lift with The Pickle Grounds branding to get direct access to the courts on 2nd Floor. 
You can validate your parking ticket with us and the rates will be as follows
RM3 for the first 3 hours + RM3 for each subsequent hour.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Accepted Answer

Kindly cancel at least 24 hours before your session to avoid charges. Upon cancellation your court fee will be refunded into club credits in which you can use for future bookings. There will be no refund for late cancellations (less than 24 hours)

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Option to change your booking date on the spot will be provided. Please see reception or call/whatsapp +6012- 6305180. If there are no available dates suitable, credits will be refunded.

Rain policy will kick in if play time is less than 30 mins (per hour booking), if play time is over 30 mins (per hour booking) court will be charged in full

Are there shower facilities ?

Yes, there are 3 female and 3 male showers available at our facility. Please bring your own toiletries.

Is your cafe Halal?

Accepted Answer

The food and drinks served at the cafe is not certified halal. However, our suppliers are halal certified and we are pork free and we do not cook with alcohol
